Process Technician 3rd Shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am)

Responsible for the setup of injection molds for production and monitoring production to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Completes startup of molding process and provides first article to quality for approval.
• Programs robots and performs calibration of color loaders.
• Responsible for completing lock out tag out requirements for all equipment related to the molding process.
• Sets up and processes hydraulic and electric molding machines, troubleshoots molding problems, programs robots, sets up end-of-arm tooling, chutes, and conveyor systems, and is authorized to make changes.
• Maintains quality throughout the molding process to meet all standards.
• Utilizes IQMS (ERP system) for the entire production process.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with established policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Attends training to stay current with industry requirements.
• Performs other related duties or special projects.
• Responsible for food safety, food quality, and site safety.

• Full-Time, Permanent, 3rd Shift position.

Pay

Starting at $28.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
