Responsibilities

• Provide production support in the Select Solder cell.
• Operate Select solder machine, perform daily maintenance, verify machine output, and perform solder rework as needed.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of the select-solder process to provide feedback on process performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and improve the process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of direct experience in a manufacturing environment operating select-solder or wave-solder machines.
• Ability to follow processes based on written instructions.
• Ability to operate and maintain select-solder/wave-solder machines.
• Ability to inspect boards per IPC-610.
• Ability to perform solder rework under a microscope.
• Ability to obtain workmanship certifications to applicable standards (J-STD, IPC-A-610).
• Initiative and leadership skills to collaboratively prioritize and adapt to business-critical needs.
• Familiarity with lean concepts to minimize waste and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• IPC-610, J-STD Mod 1-5, Rework (IPC-7711/7721) certifications.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $47,614 – $76,181. Individual salaries are determined by skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday–Thursday (4/10 work week), with every Friday off. A 10% pay premium is provided for 2nd Shift.
