Process & Research Specialist

Responsibilities

• Aid in resolving complex customer service issues through research and communication with other departments.
• Utilize statistical methods to identify areas for process improvement and propose changes.
• Identify key data points necessary for improving business performance.
• Engage in project work aimed at enhancing quality, reducing errors, and designing new business processes.
• Analyze information and trends to ensure that processes meet desired outcomes and service levels.
• Collaborate with management, support teams, customers, and vendors to gather and analyze information and provide recommendations.
• Participate in testing efforts for Treasury products during upgrades, enhancements, and releases, including core banking system installations.

Required Skills

• Prioritization, organization, and project follow-through abilities.
• Advanced PC skills, including proficiency with data from multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Experience

• A high school diploma or GED with at least three years of treasury operations experience.
• A bachelor's degree with at least two years of treasury operations experience preferred.
