Pay $23.25 - $24.39 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications Plus $1.00 / hour shift premium for 2nd shift hours Schedule 2nd Shift Part Time (Sunday- Thursday; 4:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.); Other days and hours as needed Location Plant 5, Line 501 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale TN 37315 Job Summary As a Process Operator II at McKee Foods, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting equipment issues. You will work closely with team members to maintain high standards of product quality and adhere to safety regulations. Makes mixes in the area of brew, dough, forming, proofing, frying, and glazing the product to ensure that they are made correctlyThe make-up table, fryer, and prooferAccurately following formulasKeeps an accurate maintenance of inventoryMaintains accurate documentation of lot numbers and strainer checksModerates equipment set-up and maintenanceResponsible for keeping work area and equipment clean and orderly and keeps waste to a minimumDocuments production reports and enters measurement data and analyzes that informationPerforms other duties as needed Required Qualification Must be able to obtain a LTO licenseWillingness to be flexible and perform tasks and functions as neededSelf-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work without direct supervisionBasic math skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and be organizedMinor equipment maintenanceDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracyAbility to frequently lift and move 50-100 lbs.
