Process Operator II

About the role

The Process Operator II troubleshoots process problems during production, maintains production equipment, reviews data to ensure product quality, and performs post-braze processing of aluminum flat plate slotted antenna products to meet internal and external specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic enhancement of antennas using various air sanding equipment, hand tools and procedures to meet or exceed specified requirements.
• Maintain calibration of measuring equipment per internal quality standards.
• Maintain production fixtures and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of production equipment or work area.
• Document all production and production losses.
• Maintain communication as related to process and equipment.
• Review data to ensure product quality during production.
• Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.
