Global Process Leader II - Part-time

Job Duties

• Global Blueprinting - Identify and lead Global Blueprinting validation, design, and architecture sessions. Review and provide feedback to the SAP business process being presented/designed to ensure business requirements are met. Act as a Company technical lead (and subject matter expert) for Company business requirements in the VC and CPQ area. Lead the design of all SAP VC functionality to support Global business operations as well as future e-Commerce initiatives. Develop and execute global VC strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Realization and Testing - Learn the SAP processes and configuration requirements for the specific area of the business being represented to properly configure the system for global use. Identify risks, issues, and other gaps that result from this process. Communicate those in accordance with the Project Team policies. Provide input to the testing plan and conduct testing in accordance with the plan.
• Go-Live Support - Provide training and overall support to the location that is scheduled to “go-live” with the system. Work with the Organizational Change Management team to ensure that all personnel being impacted by the project understand the change and new expectations for their work. Work with the Master Data and Information Technology (IT) groups (as well as the business areas) to ensure all issues are prioritized and resolved in accordance with the cutover plan.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, along with at least 15 years of experience
• Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
• Occasional travel (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining complex Bills of Material and Routings to support SAP VC.
• SAP LO-VC/AVC programming, development knowledge, and experience.
• Good knowledge of Python3 programming.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, computer, writing, and oral presentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits are not applicable to part-time positions.
