About the role
SSR Mining Cripple Creek & Victor is seeking a Process Operations Supervisor to join the Process Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture for self, direct reports, and all team members
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Oversee safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and systems
- Maintain strong field presence (approximately 80% of time) engaging with team members
- Communicate production targets and align team execution accordingly
- Collaborate closely with Process Day Shift Foreperson and Maintenance teams
- Manage reagent usage and support cost control initiatives
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning
- Support evaluation and execution of continuous improvement projects
- Assist with environmental inspections and regulatory compliance activities
- Lead daily, safety, and pre-start meetings as needed
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Drive change management initiatives and promote best practices
- Address performance issues and support employee development and career growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory experience OR 5–7 years of experience in process operations
- Solid understanding of gold processing operations, including crushing and ADR plants
- Experience working in a high-paced, operational environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in both office and field environments
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and working at heights or in confined spaces

Pay
The salary range for this role is $95,000- $105,000.
