Process Manager (Hagerstown, MD)

About the Role

We are looking for a Process Manager who will take ownership of processes from start to finish. You will be responsible for executing, administering, maintaining, and improving workflows while ensuring assigned deliverables and projects achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, administer, maintain, and improve workflows and processes
• Manage changing priorities and balance multiple concurrent projects and related programs
• Keep deadlines, details, and commitments on track
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness
• Provide administrative processing and recordkeeping support for the branch office
• Manage documentation and administrative requirements accurately and efficiently
• Support multiple related programs or initiatives simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Process-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience with construction permitting and/or project coordination or project support
• Understanding of accurate documentation, deadlines, and communication in a project environment
• Proficient with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new software and technology
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining attention to detail and big-picture awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience processing grants, loans, incentives, rebates, or other forms of financing

• $24 - $30 per hour depending upon experience
