Manager of Process Management

About the role

The role of Manager of Network Disputes involves leading a team in monitoring and analyzing dispute cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and enforcing departmental procedures, and championing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of senior associates, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support dispute resolution and reconciliation.
• Develop and enforce departmental procedures and internal controls to ensure strict adherence to governance models.
• Lead innovation efforts that reduce manual work and reduce complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Human Resources or Economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in People management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Process management preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project management preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in People management preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Complex problem solving preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Relationship management preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and projects.
• Experience in dispute resolution and arbitration.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.

Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $122,100 to $153,300 annually. For more detailed information, please refer to the provided salary ranges.
