About the role
The role of Manager of Network Disputes involves leading a team in monitoring and analyzing dispute cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and enforcing departmental procedures, and championing process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of senior associates, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support dispute resolution and reconciliation.
- Develop and enforce departmental procedures and internal controls to ensure strict adherence to governance models.
- Lead innovation efforts that reduce manual work and reduce complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Human Resources or Economics.
- At least 2 years of experience in Process management.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project management.
- At least 2 years of experience in People management.
- At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Process management preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project management preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in People management preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Complex problem solving preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Relationship management preferred.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and projects.
- Experience in dispute resolution and arbitration.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.

Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $122,100 to $153,300 annually. For more detailed information, please refer to the provided salary ranges.
