Process Manager
About the role
This role requires an individual who can seamlessly blend hands-on project management, data-driven analytical rigor, and executive-level communication to influence outcomes, secure leadership buy-in, and deliver complex operational improvements with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end operational projects from concept development through launch, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and met.
- Drive senior leadership alignment and secure project funding/approval by developing clear, concise, and compelling data-driven presentations.
- Independently identify organizational needs and systemic problems using advanced analytical techniques and develop innovative, cost-saving technical and process solutions.
- Facilitate and manage critical business cycles, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Objective and Key Results (OKR) planning, and annual budget formulation.
- Proactively manage cross-functional collaboration, build consensus among stakeholders, and actively contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications include a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification and at least 1 year of Process Management or Risk Management experience.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years of Project Management experience, and Business Process Management, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $73,300 - $83,700, Plano, TX: $66,700 - $76,100, Richmond, VA: $66,700 - $76,100.
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
