About the role
The Process Manager is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving business processes that drive safe, efficient, and predictable execution of operational and capital activities across the organization. This role serves as the owner of project delivery processes, equipment lifecycle transition processes, and project governance standards, ensuring consistency from project initiation through commissioning, operational handoff, and asset retirement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized business processes, workflows, procedures, and governance frameworks across departments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure process effectiveness and drive accountability.
- Provide leadership and oversight for all capital and operational projects valued at > $50,000.
- Lead and develop the Project Coordination Team to ensure consistent application of project management processes and standards.
- Own the processes governing equipment and asset transitions throughout their lifecycle, including installation, commissioning, startup, operational handoff, shutdown, replacement, and decommissioning.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, Finance, Leadership, and external partners.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in process management, continuous improvement, project management, operations, engineering, maintenance, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of process development, process governance, workflow optimization, and performance management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Experience managing multiple projects, initiatives, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience developing KPI dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Certified Manufacturing Professional, or similar professional certification (preferred).
- Experience managing capital projects, commissioning activities, or asset lifecycle programs (preferred).

Pay
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,100 - $95,100 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
