Process Lead-Warehousing

Responsibilities
- Oversee development and implementation of new processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Analyze workflows to identify and recommend improvements
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings for alignment on process initiatives
- Document process changes and create training materials
- Implement quality control measures ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
- Monitor process performance using metrics and KPIs and adjust as needed
- Coordinate with IT to align technology with process requirements
- Lead change management and staff training for process transitions
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in warehouse operations and warehouse management systems
- Proven leadership of diverse project teams
- Experience managing KPIs and process improvement, including lean methodologies
- Preferred bachelor''s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Analytical with attention to detail
Pay
Salary range: $105,000 to $110,000
