Warehouse Operations & Process Lead
Location: Onsite at our Portsmouth, NH or Pearland, TX office.
About the role
Accountable for the safe, stable, and operational deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across multiple sites. This role ensures that the Nexus Global Template of warehouse processes, physical flows, inventory, automation, and system behavior are fully aligned and executable at go-live, protecting business continuity and GMP compliance while preserving standardization wherever possible.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Design and architect future process solutions within the S4/HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the S4/HANA framework
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Stream related modules within S4/HANA, including reporting
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM) and third-party systems
- Validate end-to-end warehouse process readiness across inbound, internal, production supply, and outbound flows in line with the Nexus Global Template
- Confirm EWM operability with real warehouse constraints such as staffing, layout, shifts, and throughput
- Own EWM-specific cutover activities including inventory migration and HU integrity
- Ensure alignment between physical operations, EWM configuration, and system integrations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, in Supply Chain Management or similar
- 5+ years proven operational experience in GMP Warehouse processes
- Deep practical knowledge of SAP, in particular WM or EWM
- Experience process mapping and creating process requirements
- Experience planning & delivering cutovers / go lives / projects in GMP warehouses
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel on occasion, including internationally
