Process Lead - Retail Nights

Responsibilities

• Uses independent judgment to provide instruction and work direction to team members supervised.
• Trains and motivates team members to achieve their maximum quality and productivity performance levels.
• Makes recommendations and works with others to plan and implement process improvements.
• Schedules people, materials, and equipment to most effectively and efficiently utilize departmental resources to achieve the mission of Pilgrim’s Company.
• Maintains records of department, including daily evaluation sheet and issues other reports pertaining to department as directed.
• Works with others in a safe and professional manner.
• Completes all daily checklists.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all positions within the department.
• Knowledge of food safety requirements for the facility.
• Experience in providing first level supervision and managing processes.
• Ability to make decisions and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make judgments based on company policies and procedures.

Pay

This position starts at $25.45/hour + $1.50/hour Shift Differential.
