Process Innovation - Product Management Intern

About the role

This role will be a small intern team that will spend 10 weeks experimenting with modern AI tooling to move report authors from blank templates to populated first drafts.

Responsibilities

• Translate a fuzzy problem into something a small team can ship in 10 weeks
• Run interviews with report authors and stakeholders to understand the real workflow
• Owning the team's plan
• Writing status notes, decision logs, and a clear definition of "done"
• Helping engineering interns stay focused on the right problem

Requirements

• High school seniors through rising college juniors with a serious interest in computer science or software engineering
• Excellent communication skills
