About the Role
The Process Improvement Specialist plays a key role in enhancing patient care quality, operational efficiency, and patient safety by analyzing and improving healthcare processes. Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track process effectiveness.
- Lead or participate in quality improvement projects focused on patient care and safety.
- Collect and analyze data related to process performance and patient outcomes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign and standardize processes.
- Facilitate change management to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and adjust as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in process improvement or quality management.
- Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Project management proficiency.
Pay
$63,648.00 - $92,570.40 Annual.
