Your Role at a Glance
- Drive daily problem solving to improve quality, productivity, and reduce downtime
- Monitor and control key process variables to reduce variation and improve consistency
- Lead and support short- and long-term improvement projects, including new technologies and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop and sustain process improvements through documentation, training, and auditing
- Collaborate with automation engineering on process control systems and real-time data integration
- Support plant trials, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including off-hours support as needed
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related); Master’s preferred
- 1–3+ years of experience in pipe threading operations or heavy industrial environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in lean and quality methodologies
- Knowledge of CNC processes, threading inspection, and dimensional tolerancing
- Experience with process data collection, analysis, and modern analytical tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and database platforms
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and build strong shop-floor relationships
- Ledlean/Six Sigma certification preferred
