Essential Job Functions
- Develop, document and implement Standard Work Instructions to ensure product quality and process timeliness.
- Ensure processes comply with safety, quality and productivity requirements.
- Analyze workflows within and across all departments to determine improvement opportunities.
- Analyze budgets and schedules to determine savings opportunities.
- Aid or drive improvement opportunities.
- Perform process studies i.e. time studies, spaghetti diagrams etc.
- Modify standard work instructions to reflect process improvements.
- Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
- Report as required on Safety, Quality and Productivity to Management (KPIs).

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study
- A minimum of two years related experience required.
- Automotive process experience desired
- Leverage Lean manufacturing experience
- Six Sigma certification
- DFMA experience and understanding
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at a time
