About the role
Responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels across all warehouses and distribution centers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Inventory.
- Knowledge of warehouse management software like WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Understanding of Just-In-Time (JIT) and Lean principles.
Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
