Responsibilities
- Closely coordinate with the CERATIZIT Group to define Operational Excellence (OE) projects and project teams for transferring production technology
- Establish new technology and processes and implement new products into the production portfolio
- Aid in preparing and reviewing quotations for special product requests
- Introduce Continual Improvement Process (KVP) and PDCA Management
- Conduct and document grinding tests for improving tool quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Alternatives include other education with a focus on production processes or significant work experience
- Strong computer proficiency (all MS Office applications), IT background preferred
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and project management skills
- High intrinsic motivation to successfully complete projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
