Process Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process improvement projects from concept to completion.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing cells.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to select and integrate tooling and machinery.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline production workflows.
- Utilize Augmented and Virtual Reality to visualize and validate new designs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BS in Engineering for 2 of the 3 openings (Manufacturing or Mechanical degree).
- No degree required with 5+ years of experience or an associate's or bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 8D, FMEA, SMED).
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., NX, AutoCAD) and familiarity with PLM systems like Teamcenter.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $105,000.00/yr. Up to 10% bonus each year depending on business unit performance.
