Process Documentation Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Process Documentation Lead to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape how operational knowledge is captured, governed, and shared across the organization. The Process Documentation Lead will partner closely with operations and client-facing teams to create clear, consistent content that supports execution, training, and quality. This position is well-suited for someone who can bring structure to complex workflows and elevate documentation standards in a fast-paced consulting environment. The work will have direct impact on content quality, process consistency, and team readiness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute the content management strategy for revenue cycle management operations Establish documentation standards and governance processes Create and maintain a centralized knowledge management framework Oversee the development of operational documentation Lead the design and management of training curricula Serve as the primary content advisor for operational initiatives Implement quality assurance standards for content Qualifications 5+ years in revenue cycle operations or related fields 3+ years in leadership or project management roles Proven experience developing operational documentation and training materials Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Client-facing consulting experience Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Benefits Potential eligibility for an annual performance bonus Additional benefits and perks based on position and employment terms Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
