Process Coordinator
About the Role
This Process Coordinator role operates within a Philippine travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The position focuses on process-driven coordination to ensure project visibility, maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Key to this role is documenting process checkpoints that leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action, all within the context of a fast-paced travel agency environment. The role ensures that work is traceable, unresolved items have clear owners, and repeated errors are identified before causing downstream rework.

- Execute process-focused coordination with dependency management, ensuring each checkpoint is documented with a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain role documentation and status tracking for all process-focused coordination tasks.
- Reconcile project tracking with deadline management, keeping dependencies and exceptions clearly separated.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Review quality control and workflow management to surface issues before they result in rework.
- Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines in a process-driven workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in decision-making.
- Use judgment in follow-up actions, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of tasks through secure, traceable, and well-documented processes ready for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements
- Confident use of Travbest Workflow Context and Project Coordination tools within the travel agency environment.
- Ability to apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Strong documentation skills for process compliance and issue escalation, ensuring reasoning remains clear.
- Judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when coordination relies on external confirmations.
- Proficiency in dependency management, issue escalation, and exception tracking to ensure work is securely handed off.
