Responsibilities
- Document process-focused coordination with dependency management, leaving a visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint in the context of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
- Maintain swift documentation for 7 consultants with status tracking, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile project tracking with deadline management, maintaining clear visibility of dependencies and next steps.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to ensure traceability and clarity in workflows.
- Review quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
Quality standard: Project visibility must remain usable under the specific demands of the operating environment. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have owners, and errors must be addressed proactively.
Requirements
- Use Swift 7 Consultants Workflow Context and Project Coordination confidently in a process-focused, coordination-owned work profile.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions clearly, ensuring reasoning remains transparent.
- Exercise judgment around follow-up, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
The role-specific handoff test requires current reporting, workflow context, and status tracking; if these signals are not up-to-date, the work remains open.
Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States. Remote completion of process-focused coordination is achieved only when deadline management, source verification, and dependency management make the work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$69,000 per year.
