Process Center Agent
Hourly pay: $22.51. The pay listed is the hourly range or rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule
Monday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM with two days off during the week. Must be available to work all holidays.

Responsibilities
- Set up supplies cabin cleaning teams use, including blankets, pillows, headrests, lavatory supplies, safety cards, and seat-back pocket literature (magazines).
- Track and organize incoming shipments of supplies.
- Maintain a clean workplace.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards established by the Company, its clients, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies.
- Perform miscellaneous or additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Physical Demands
- Stand or walk for the majority of the shift.
- Perform physically demanding tasks: climbing stairs, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling 50 pounds or more.
Work Environment
- Moderate to high noise levels.
- Work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to crowds, temperature changes, dust, and warehouse machinery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- 1–2 years of experience or previous airport, baggage handling, warehouse, or porter experience preferred.
