About the role

A dōTERRA Product Center Agent is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to members and employees by welcoming them to the Product Center and assisting with their needs, learning new processes, and being flexible to help fulfill their orders while exemplifying our company’s Core Values.

Schedule

The Product Center hours are 10 am to 4:30 pm Monday–Thursday, 10 am–4 pm Friday, and 10 am–1 pm Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting and interacting with all guests.
  • Educate members about products, promotions, and our Healing Hands Foundation.
  • Use resources to empathetically and efficiently answer questions, resolve concerns, and educate.
  • Capture and record customer feedback through CRM Interactions.
  • Pick and verify orders in the fulfillment area.
  • Receive pallets and handle bulk freight and inventory.
  • Adhere to schedule, meet performance standards, and follow employee policies.
  • Assist with special projects, as well as Specialty Areas as needed (Locker pickup, text-a-head).
  • Work professionally and respectfully with co-workers and other departments, encouraging a positive work environment.
  • Evaluate current processes to seek improvements and communicate feedback with Management.
  • Practice a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Punctual with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to complete tasks in the absence of supervision.
  • Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; adaptable.
  • Coachable, works well with others.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn new procedures and processes.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • CRM and DataTrax Skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to sit, walk, or stand for an entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Tolerance to strong oil scents.
  • Must be able to work in-office.
  • Professional English Language Proficiency required.
