1.0 FTE full time position working weekdays and weekends on a day shift at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center.

The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients, including appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities
- Schedule office and hospital services for patients.
- Coordinate appointments with external providers or ancillary departments.
Requirements
- 2 years of working experience in a medical clinic, office setting, or administrative setting.
- Extensive and excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Epic or other EMR experience.
- Specialty clinic experience.

Pay
Pay range: $22.44 - $34.33 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
