We're looking for a fantastic Probate Paralegal to join our team — someone who can confidently guide clients through one of the most difficult seasons of their lives, and who wants to grow with a firm that promotes from within.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in probate and estate administration cases
- Manage case files and documents
- Prepare and file court documents
- Communicate with clients and third parties regarding probate matters
- Handle administrative tasks related to probate and estate administration
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in probate or estate administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Legal assistant certification or equivalent experience
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
