About the role

At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People. Morgan & Morgan is America's largest injury firm. This isn't your typical estate practice — it's the chance to build something from the ground up inside the infrastructure, resources, and case volume of the largest personal injury firm in the United States. Morgan & Morgan is launching a dedicated Probate & Estate Administration practice to serve the families of our deceased clients. We have thousands of matters requiring estate administration — and that number continues to grow. The volume ahead is substantial. We're looking for our first hire: an experienced Florida probate attorney who will help lay the foundation for what we intend to build into a full team. For the right person — someone who is sharp, entrepreneurial, and driven — this practice area represents a rare opportunity to grow alongside it. How far this goes depends on performance, fit, and the strength of what gets built. The position can be based in any of our Florida offices (in‑office) and is available as a full‑time role or a solo/small‑firm partnership arrangement. Founded in 1988, Morgan & Morgan is the largest personal injury law firm in the United States, with over 1,000 attorneys and offices across the country. We have recovered over $20 billion for our clients. Our mission is simple: For The People. If you want to do meaningful work at a meaningful scale, there is no larger platform in the plaintiff's bar.
