About the role

The University of East London is seeking a Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education and Student Experience) to provide strategic leadership for education and student experience across the institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the University's education strategy
• Oversee the enhancement of student experience and outcomes
• Provide academic leadership across teaching, learning, and assessment
• Drive innovation in curriculum design and delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance frameworks
• Represent the University externally on education and student experience matters

Qualifications

• Evidence of senior leadership experience in higher education
• Demonstrable track record of enhancing student outcomes and experience
• Strong understanding of the UK higher education regulatory landscape
• Experience of strategic planning and implementation
