Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be coachable and have basic computer skills
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of the game of golf preferred

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

Inside Staff

• Perform clerk/cashier duties
• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and process in the POS system as trained
• Affix to maintain a clean, safe workplace
• Affix to assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges at the daily register at the closing of the day
• Affix to ensure property and its amenities are secured daily
• Affix to perform related duties as assigned

Outside Staff

• Welcome and greet guests and players in a friendly manner
• Explain rules and course etiquette to all groups as needed
• Wash and sanitize golf cart fleet; maintain organized storage areas and practice facility
• Affix to assist with the set-up and organization of golf carts and equipment for regular tee time starts or outings
• Affix to facilitate orderly and timely pace of play to prevent delays
• Affix to answer all questions in a friendly manner; keep a record of starting times and golf cart numbers for each group when necessary
• Affix to ensure that each group has four players if possible
• Affix to pick up and clean practice balls when scheduled
• Affix to ensure property and its amenities are secured daily
• Affix to perform related duties as assigned
