Clarity Clinic is seeking a PRN TMS Coordinator to support TMS treatment operations across our Loop (333 N. Michigan Ave, #1400, Chicago) and Arlington Heights (2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, #185, Arlington Heights) locations. This role provides flexible, as-needed coverage for individuals receiving TMS therapy for MDD, OCD, and other mental health conditions. TMS is the only FDA-approved non-invasive, non-systemic treatment for major depression and OCD. As a PRN team member, you'll be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center managers, stepping in as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care at both sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide educational consultations to interested patients
- Deliver TMS Therapy to patients at either location as scheduled
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
- Handle office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to the center manager, scheduling appointments
