PRN Patient Coordinator

About the role

This PRN position provides staffing coverage support for both our Dixie Highway and Shelbyville Road outpatient imaging centers. Flexible scheduling is available Monday through Sunday, with both day and evening shifts available.

Responsibilities

- Provide staffing coverage support for both our Dixie Highway and Shelbyville Road outpatient imaging centers. - Collaborate and lead the Imaging Center team in providing excellent patient care and supporting the operational goals for both the Center and the organization. - Customer and patient-facing responsibilities including welcoming, registering, and overall patient coordination. - Phone correspondence, scheduling appointments, inventory, and medical record management. - Training, supervision, and management of Business Office team members (for higher levels).

Requirements

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). - Passionate about patient care and interaction. - Strong communication skills.
