Patient Coordinator-prn

Position Summary

Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics and have a direct impact on patient experience. They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking-in patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Obtaining necessary authorization
• Collecting payments
• Processing new patients
• Helping the clinic maintain optimal performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adept at adapting to fluctuating workloads and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.
• Dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Pay

• Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and organizational need.

• PRN schedule available in Winfield, IN and additional clinics in Portage, IN, and Valparaiso, IN.
