What You’ll Be Doing
- Schedule: PRN (as-needed) day shift, 7:30am-6pm.
- Working onsite at ERC Pathlight's child/adolescent residential facility in Northbrook, IL.
- The Milieu Coordinator (MC I, MC II) facilitates therapeutic groups based on core curriculum.
- Provides meal monitoring and meal support.
- Offers milieu support, de-escalation and behavior coaching to patients in Inpatient/Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs.
- The MC may be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitates curriculum-based groups
- Provides meal monitoring and support
- Documentation of groups, meals and patient check-ins and observations
- Supports milieu including the following:
- De-escalation and crisis management
- Bathroom monitoring
- Monitoring outside breaks
- Conducts self-harm and suicide assessment
- Supports morning routine in IP/Res programs
- Collects weights, vitals and urine in some settings
- Implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead for the program in standalone programs in evenings and weekends.
- Will lead more advanced groups (MC II)

Compensation and Benefits
- The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
- In Illinois, the pay range is $20.75 - $29 USD.
