PRN Speech Language Pathologist
Job Summary
SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

Responsibilities
- Screens patients for speech and language disorders
- Evaluates patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Re-evaluates patients regularly to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Discharges patients from care based on successful completion of treatment plans
- Makes revisions to established treatment plans as directed by physicians
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
