Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy sessions to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland.
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
