PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab

Job Summary

Valley View Hospital is seeking experienced PRN Cath Lab RNs to join their innovative hybrid cardiac catheterization lab in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The lab offers a comprehensive approach to cardiovascular repair with advanced technology and a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

The Cath Lab RN plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of RN Cath Lab/EP experience, with vascular and/or CVOR experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Coordinates pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care.
• Works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal care.
• Adheres to all hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association with cards in-hand before start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years RN Cath Lab/EP experience.
• Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
