• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide education and training to patients and families on self-management techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Rhode Island
• At least one year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel between sites)
