Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in providing physical therapy services to residents.
- Perform routine assessments and treatments to improve mobility and function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Ohio.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
