About the role
Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, OR, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient-centered care
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments under supervision
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
