About the role
PRN Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in a critical care setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment
- Collaborate with intensivists and advanced practice providers
- Participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Provide patient care during day and night shifts
- Utilize Epic EMR platform
- Contribute to shaping the new ICU service line
- Support hospital growth and excellence in critical care delivery
Qualifications
- Certification as ACNP or PA
- Experience in critical care preferred
