Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics and OR for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN, self-scheduling role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room, performing assessments, and ensuring patient safety during surgery. The nurse collaborates with physicians to develop and implement care plans, maintaining continuity between the OR and patient care units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years OR (Peds) RN experience
• Ohio RN license
• BSN degree (or in progress)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• American Heart Association certification
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• CNOR certification and pediatric, reconstructive, or laser experience are advantageous
