Pediatric Nurse - PRN

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics and Operating Room (OR) for a PRN position in a pediatric acute care hospital. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients during surgery, performing assessments, ensuring patient safety, and assisting physicians in executing care plans. The role involves maintaining continuity of care between the operating room and patient care units. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years OR experience in pediatrics, an Ohio RN license, a BSN (or in progress), and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ideally PALS. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential, along with passing background checks and onboarding. Preferred skills include CNOR certification, pediatric acute care experience, and familiarity with plastic reconstructive surgery and laser procedures.
