PRN PBX Operator

About the role

We are seeking a PBX Operator to handle incoming calls, direct callers, perform overhead paging, and monitor PBX alarms. The role includes notifying relevant personnel of alarms and emergency situations while maintaining the confidentiality and security of patient and organizational data.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate destinations
• Perform overhead paging and monitor PBX alarms
• Notify relevant personnel of alarms and emergency situations
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient and organizational data

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a PBX Operator or similar role
• No travel required
