Job Summary
Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. We offer a range of positions including licensed Occupational Therapists. About the Role
We are a dynamic and clinically driven team dedicated to supporting patients with physical functioning disorders. We utilize evidence-based practices and provide skilled therapy services to meet the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
- Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
- This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
Qualifications
- Experience working with patients who need rehabilitation services.
- Ability to provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
- Strong supervisory skills to manage and train occupational therapy assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel.
