PRN Occupational Therapist

About the role

Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, daily activities, fine motor skills, home environments, and adaptive equipment needs, providing care aligned with medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy within legal scope, using evidence-based methods, in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Assess patients' functional capabilities and consult with physicians to develop care plans
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to supervisors and physicians
• Conduct functional assessments using diagnostic and prognostic tests

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license and CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments and communicate professionally
