PRN Occupational Therapist

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join a dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and customer service to patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals
• Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
