Role Overview: Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards. Key Responsibilities: Utilize nursing skills to deliver high-quality care, assess care outcomes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Work flexibly as needed in a PRN capacity to support the MedSurg and critical care teams.
