About the Role

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or registered nurses. It requires maintaining professional accountability, coordinating patient care with other departments, and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board requirements.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or LPN-IV may be required based on the department.
• Ability to obtain or maintain necessary certifications within specified timeframes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Capable of gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
